moment we take your order to moment the basket or gift reaches your

if your order is received damaged. All claims must be made within 10
days of receipt of package. You must retain all packaging and contents
for inspection. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses
are given.

We have many gift baskets specifically designed with our corporate
clients needs in mind. We also specialize in custom designing baskets to
incorporate your company’s logo, color themes, and personality.
We have billing terms available for initial orders exceeding $1,500. We
also offer a 5% discount on orders over $5,000 (excluding shipping and

Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if
an item is unavailable.
Delivery
$10.00 Local delivery charge to the following towns: Cedar Grove, Verona, Little Falls, Montclair, Upper Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, Belleville, Essex Fells,
Caldwell, W. Caldwell, N. Caldwell, Roseland, Clifton, Nutley, W.
Paterson, Totowa, Fairfield, Kearny, North Arlington, Lyndhurst, Rutherford. Other areas are available at a higher rate.

• We ship FED-EX and UPS nationwide Monday- Friday and Saturday for an
additional charge.
• We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to
accept the package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver. Some
gifts may be left at the door while others may require a signature.
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are not guaranteed. Sorry, no
refunds will be given if the patient and/or guest checks out or cannot
be located. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the gift to the
correct address.
Holidays
During peak times, deliveries may take 1-2 additional days to arrive.
This affects the weeks prior to the following Holidays: Christmas,
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
